6. You can see the new connection you created. Tap it to connect. |
7. Now enter your login details: Username: Your VPN account username Password: Your PPTP password (note, this is not your account password! Get the PPTP password from the server page). Check "Save account information" and tap "Connect". |
8. You can see the status "Connecting..." Please wait. |

9. Now you can see that the VPN connection has been made. As long as the VPN connected, you'll see the status "Connected" below the VPN connection, and in your notification area (on the top) you see the key icon. |
10. Tap on the connection name to get details about it. There you can also disconnect. |

Unfortunately this this the original VPN guideline from HideMyAss homepage wich is not working in the original android VPN software or even with VpnCilla.
